Why Choice Stainless

Built properly.
Every time.

We only fabricate for marine. No general metalwork, no shortcuts on material. Building for boats is all we do, and it shows in the work.

Fabricated stainless

Based at The Boat Works

We've been at The Boat Works, Coomera since 2005. We work alongside the same vessels we build for every day, which gives us a practical understanding of what's needed on the water.

3D Scanned on your vessel

Our Edge

We bring our 3D scanner to your boat and capture the exact geometry of your vessel — curves, angles, and all. This means every component we fabricate fits perfectly the first time, with no guesswork.

316 stainless as standard

Marine-grade 316 on every saltwater-exposed component. Not 304, not a substitute. It's the correct material for the job and it's what we use every time.

30 years in marine

We've built exclusively for boats since 1994. That experience tells us what holds up offshore and what doesn't. We don't work in any other industry.

How It Works

How we work

Full process detail
01

We Come to Your Boat

Measurements are taken on-site. For jobs with complex geometry we use 3D scanning. We don't guess.

02

Draw and Confirm

Components are drawn in CAD and confirmed with you before fabrication starts. You know exactly what you're getting.

03

Fabricated In-House

All fabrication is done in our own workshop. CNC bending, TIG welding and polishing. Nothing is sent out.

04

Installed on the Vessel

We return to fit the finished components. If something needs adjusting, we sort it then and there.
